192 countries Six months. One year to the end. Expo 2020 Dubai is the most anticipated project in the city with 192 participating countries and lasting 6 months. The account has already started over less than a year until the beginning of Expo 2020. It is the first Expo in the world that takes place in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region, and the city is preparing for what it will become an absolutely massive event, which is about “Connecting minds, creating the future”.

Expo 2020 Dubai will last six months from October 20 to April 10, 2021, with open pavilions and entertainment scheduled between 10 am and 1 am Monday through Friday, and from 10 am to 2 am on weekends .

Announced as “The biggest show in the world”, everything happens in the southern district of Dubai, near Al Maktoum International Airport.

There will be a large amount of transportation dedicated to the site of 4.38 square kilometers, and a subway station is being built that can handle 44,000 passengers per hour. With the influx of expected international visitors, Dubai International Airport is also working to improve its runways, while the new hotels will be located near the Expo 2020 site.

Since Expo 2020 was revealed in November 2013, it had a great impact on the city, and that will only grow as we get closer to the date. Authorities say it will create a staggering 111,000 new jobs and the real estate market will skyrocket. That will have the huge urban district 2020 that will have a lasting legacy for centuries after the event ends. The city’s infrastructure is also participating, with Jebel Ali Lehbab Road which was  renamed Expo Road in honor of the event.

Of the 25 million visitors expected in 70 percent of these travel from outside the UAE, it will be the largest proportion of international visitors in the 168-year history of world exhibitions.

But although Expo 2020 Dubai has hundreds of visitors per day on average, it will use artificial intelligence, mass flow management systems of the latest technology and smart ticket sales.

An exhibition is a world fair, which brings together hundreds of countries around the world, giving them the opportunity to share ideas and innovations with the rest of the world. The first one was held at The Crystal Palace in London’s Hyde Park in 1851, and since then, many of the most famous inventions in history have been exhibited, including the telephone in 1876, the ice cream cone in 1904 and even a robot Humanoid in Nagoya in 2005 When Dubai won the right to host the Expo 2020. Fireworks exploded from Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. A national holiday was declared for all educational institutions in the country.

The Expo 2020 site will feature pavilions dedicated to 192 countries around the world, with 75 entertainment events organized every day. There will be live presentations of world famous stars and great comedies, cultural experiences from poetry to fashion shows and talks with the best academics in the world. There will be sessions of mindfulness, extreme sports and everything else. And there will be innovation, whether it’s robot workshops or exhibitions that show the latest 3D printing technology. It is even possible to go under the sea or walk through a simulated Arabic wadi. A different country will be presented every day in a cultural showcase that includes parades and other festivities. And the fun doesn’t stop at sunset, because there will be fireworks shows and entertainment.
