The finishes on the floors range from the terracotta tile, stamped concrete slab in entrances and garden areas. The floor of the Tent is made with concrete slab in red.
The Finca is surrounded by plots of own vineyards with an approximate extension of 2Ha.


The maximum yield to La Finca would be obtained by exploiting the hospitality activity every day of the year taking advantage of the breaks from trips from the North to Madrid.
It could be exploited throughout the year, schedule different Cultural, Gastronomic and Wine Tourism Days.
